NORA is a proptech company that uses artificial intelligence to integrate all aspects of the real estate process into a seamless experience, available through multiple channels (messaging platforms, web platform, calls).

This document governs all interactions with our features and/or services. By using our features and/or services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, so we recommend reading them carefully.

NORA is a proptech that uses artificial intelligence tools with different functionalities with the objective of streamlining the real estate process and facilitating the user to search, acquire, or rent real estate through a flow of conversations on the platform, instant messaging extensions, or by call.

NORA may operate autonomously through its own apps or connected to extensions or apps with third-party software (such as WhatsApp). When operating in the technological ecosystem of third parties, users know and consent that all information, data, certain functions or activities, will also be regulated by the terms and conditions of these third parties that the user must accept.

All data and content entered by the user into NORA may be used by NORA for the purpose of providing its services and functionalities. They may also be processed to analyze user behavior individually or as part of a group, as well as to obtain relevant information for improving the software, services, functionalities, and capabilities of NORA.

The user establishes domicile for all notifications at the email address or phone number provided at the time of registration, accepting electronic means and documents as a reliable form of communication.

Prior to initiating a claim, the user and NORA commit to trying to resolve the claims raised. Both parties recognize that this is a fundamental and indispensable requirement to proceed with arbitration.

Disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be resolved by an arbitration tribunal and will be governed by applicable law.

All content, trademarks, logos, drawings, photographs, texts, graphics, images, icons, software, source code, and any other content susceptible to appropriation found on the NORA platform is the exclusive property of NORA and is protected by intellectual property rights.

Violation of these rights will be pursued in accordance with current legislation. Reproduction, exploitation, alteration, distribution, or public communication is prohibited without the prior written consent of NORA.

NORA does not guarantee the absolute availability and continuity of platform operation. It will not be responsible for damages derived from:

• Lack of availability or accessibility to the platform
• Interruptions, computer failures, or system disconnections
• Unauthorized intrusions beyond NORA's control
• Presence of viruses or other elements introduced by third parties

NORA adopts various protection measures for the platform and content, but does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties cannot access user information.

NORA informs all users that incoming or outgoing calls, by phone or video conference through any platform (Meet, Teams, WhatsApp) may be recorded or monitored for business purposes, such as verification of service quality and adequate customer service. Recordings may be used as evidence in any type of process before any authority.

In compliance with applicable electronic signature laws and regulations, NORA may use electronic signatures for the signing of documents related to its corporate purpose. By approving these terms, the user authorizes the sending of contractual documents via email or in the account registered on the platform.

NORA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be notified to users and will take effect immediately after their publication on the platform.
